Do Not Call Policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

MedicareInsurancePortal.us respects your right to decide how and whether we contact you. This policy explains how to opt out of marketing calls and text messages and how we handle those requests.

Your consent, your choice. When you check the consent box on our form, you agree that a licensed sales agent associated with MedicareInsurancePortal.us and its marketing partners may contact you at the number you provided, even if it is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. You may withdraw that consent at any time using any method below.

How to make a request

  • Text message: reply STOP to any text we send.
  • On a call: tell the agent you do not want to be called again.
  • Email: write to info@medicareinsuranceportal.us with “Do Not Call” in the subject line.
  • Phone: call (754) 288-3939 and ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call list.
  • Mail: MedicareInsurancePortal.us, 501 E Las Olas Blvd, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

Please include your name and the phone number you want removed so we can find it.

How we handle requests

We add your number to our internal Do Not Call list as soon as we can, and no later than 30 days after we receive your request. We keep your number on that list for at least five years unless you ask to be removed sooner. Licensed agents and marketing partners who received your information may keep their own lists, so you may need to ask them directly as well.

National Do Not Call Registry

You can also register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222. Please note that when you give express written consent through our form, you agree that we and the agents who respond to your request may contact you even if your number is registered. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

When we may still contact you

  • Non-marketing messages about a request you made, such as confirming that we received it.
  • Where you have an existing relationship with us or you gave your express consent and have not withdrawn it.

Reporting a problem

If you received a call or message after opting out, tell us at info@medicareinsuranceportal.us with the date, time and number that contacted you. We will investigate and respond promptly.

TPMO Disclaimer: We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 50 organizations which offer 200 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
