Plans and availability
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 50 organizations which offer 200 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options. Benefits, costs and availability vary by plan and location, and nothing on this Site guarantees you will qualify for or save money with any plan.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site.
Your information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, belongs to you, and that you are authorized to provide the phone number you enter. Submitting false, misleading or another person’s information is prohibited. Do not enter your Social Security number, Medicare number, financial account numbers or health information on the Site.
Consent to be contacted
By checking the consent box and submitting the form you agree to be contacted as described in the consent statement shown next to the form and in our Privacy Policy.
